MAY to JULY 11
AOC Create has enlisted the help of GSI to deliver and facilitate the CMI module ‘Managing People’ to middle managers in colleges across the UK. Twenty people recently undertook this extremely practical module in the excellent Kent Hill Conference Centre, Milton Keynes.
GSI has continued its role in executive coaching. Recently, a client - Vice Principal – applied and successfully secured a Principal’s post.

Growth Solutions International is now supporting organisations – private and public - as they apply for EU Funding. Last year, 54 applications were supported through GSI with 49 being successful!

Streams open include:
Transversal Study Visits for Staff (5 day conferences)
Grundtvig Learner Workshops (1 week events for 12 - 15 Europeans to come to your organisation)
Grundtvig Senior Volunteering (a great opportunity for those aged 50+)
Grundtvig Partnerships where 3+ European partner organisations collaborate on a lifelong learning issue
Grundtvig Assistants – hosting people from the EU to work within your organisation from 12 - 45 weeks at no cost to your organisation

JUNE
GSI assists in hosting a Celebratory and Dissemination event on European Funding in Belfast with representatives from Public and Private Sector organisations. One participant commented “Excellent sharing of experience and ideas ... much to be learned from others ... has stimulated my thinking for future European activity.”
